Real estate management is a heroic undertaking.  It requires managers to be skilled in ways they never expected.  They take responsibility for the care of their agents in ways that go beyond real estate transactions.  They challenge, direct, empower and encourage their agents to be the best.

We know that that Internet encourages people to lose their natural good manners because of the anonymity of the medium.  We would encourage you to remain the classy, helpful person you really are and refrain from calling names or attacking people.  That does seem to be more prevalent on sites for youngsters.
